We have proudly partnered with 10 leading agricultural universities and institutions to facilitate internship placements for Ugandan students in Denmark, Isreal, Australia Netherlands and some other European countries that are known for advanced agricultural practices and innovation. These partnerships include renowned institutions such as Makerere University, Gulu University, Kyambogo University, Ibanda University, Bukalasa Agricultural College, Rwentanga Farm Institute, and Great Lakes University. 

Through our vast global network, interns are placed in reputable farms and agribusiness organizations where they are mentored by seasoned professionals, gaining real-world exposure that sharpens their technical capabilities and work ethic.

Understanding the importance of early career development, we carefully vet and prepare each intern through pre-departure training sessions covering workplace ethics, safety, and intercultural communication. Our team also works closely with host organizations to ensure that students are welcomed into supportive environments with clear learning objectives and continuous mentorship. 

These internships not only enhance technical competencies but also broaden students’ global perspectives, making them highly competitive in the international labor market. Many return home with valuable insights—and in some cases, offers for long-term employment abroad.
